Ad Hoc, Linear Chat Dialogue in Real time with multiple participants and no software compatibility issues.

This is a pretty neat concept that may be useful when you need to chat with someone who may or may not be on your chat platform (Google talk, AIM, etc.) or if you want to chat with multiple people at once in the same conversation.
